Selection Procedure
The detailed notification has not been released yet. However, based on previous recruitment cycles, the selection process is expected to follow a similar pattern.
Preliminary Examination (Prelims)
Preliminary Examination will consist of objective tests totaling 100 marks, to be completed within a duration of 1 hour.

Main Examination (Mains)
The Main Examination will consist of Objective tests for 200 marks and Descriptive test for 25 marks. The Descriptive test will be administered immediately after conclusion of the Objective test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive test answers on the computer.
Objective Test: The duration of objective test is 160 minutes, and it consists of 4 Sections of total 200 marks. There will be separate timing for every section.

Descriptive Test: The duration of Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Essay and Comprehension) with 2 questions for total 25 marks.

Personality Test
Candidates who qualify in the Main examination will be called for a Personality Test (self-report). Personality Profile of the candidates will be placed before the Interview panel. The Personality Test will be non-qualifying in nature. However, appearing in the Personality Test will be mandatory for being eligible for appearing for the Interview process.
Interview
The Interviews will be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT/ Region with the help of IBPS.
The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates).
Final Selection
The relative weightage (ratio) of Online Main Exam and interview will be 80:20 respectively.
